Return Policy

At HPI Plus, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we’re here to make it right.

Defective Product Returns Only

We accept returns only for products that are defective due to manufacturing or material issues. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (unless defect was discovered during use), and in its original packaging if possible.

Return Process

  1. Notify Us within 7 days of receiving the defective item by emailing service@HPIplus.com or calling 813-291-3344.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the defect

    • Photos of the product (if applicable)

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide more instructions.

Refunds or Replacements

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement product, based on your preference and product availability.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Non-defective items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Requests made after the 7-day return window-
